Girly Day!

On May 8th at our community clubhouse they had a Mother/Daughter Girly Day! We made bows, body glitter, bracelets, and gave each other manicures. There was also a lunch and dessert served. It was a fun day to relish in the fact that I have two beautiful daughters that I love and adore. They are so sweet and fun and I can't imagine life without them... they truly make me so proud. I don't have any boys and so I don't know the joy of a mother/son relationship, although I am sure it is amazing. But I am a daughter of an amazing woman, I have two wonderful sister's, and I have been blessed to have two of my own precious daughter's. I feel blessed and I love my girls so much. I hope that as they grow we will grow closer and learn from one another. They make me want to be better, do better, and love better. My friend Jamie and her girls, Nikki and Kayli were there for the girly day! What a fun day!!

Merry Christmas!!

We went to Flagstaff this year and it was so great to be home. I will always consider Flag home and it feels so good to go back, especially during the holidays! There was a perfect amount of snow for us to play in, yet not freezing temperatures. My girls love to go to Flagstaff and always tell me how much they want to move there. Zoe tells me how good it feels to be back and we drive around town she points out all the places she remembers. I just laugh because we moved when she was 22 months old!!! My whole family came to my brother's house. This was his first time hosting everyone and luckily they just finished their basement, or else we would nothave all fit. There were 10 adults and 25 kids in a house with about 2000 sq feet. It was so much fun and I love it now that my kids are older because they hang out with their cousins and play and I may not see them for hours! I am grateful for my family and that we have each other tthrough the good and the ugly! David and I bought each other a camera for an early anniversary present but we had not yet figured out how to use, so some of these pictures are out of focus. Christmas Eve - I sure love my girls
